How do I place an order?

What is your return policy?

How long does a refund take?
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.
What items cannot be returned?
Perishable goods, custom/personalized products, personal care items, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Products
Are your leather products genuine leather?
Yes — products listed as "genuine leather" are made from real cowhide leather. Products listed as "PU leather" are premium synthetic leather. This is always clearly stated in the product description.
Do you restock sold-out items?
We do our best to restock popular items. If something you love is out of stock, contact us and we'll let you know when it's back.
